1. Application form

2. Acknowledgement of your application form
		Please make sure that your application form with acknowledgement stamp be returned. Your order
		without our acknowledgement of safe receipt is NOTvalid. We will attach a quotation with the
		acknowledgement if you need.

3. Preparation of Filing Documents
		Each firm of the members of the Asia Patent Alliance prepares specification and the other necessary
		documents for entering into PCT national phase in each country and send you the pre-filing
		documents.Please check and confirm the pre-filing documents.

4. Confirmation
		After your confirmation, each firm files the necessary documents in the Patent Office of each country
		and reports to you of the detail. A debit note is sent by Tsubame Patent Attorney Firm(Representative
		contact firm of Asia Patent Alliance).

5. Respose for Office Action, maintenance after registration and the other services
		In the case of receiving office actions from the Patent Office,each firm individually deals with these
		actions.After registration, an information formaintenance fee is sent every year until the expiration of
		the patent by each member of the Alliance. Your patent right is appropriately maintained at a low cost.
		In case an infringement issue or license agreement is occurred,we take all possible measures to
		supportyou.
